Peace Corps

"Bold Invitation" Branding + Art Direction

The Peace Corp is a driver of global collaboration successfully pairing skilled, committed Volunteers with welcoming host communities since 1961. We were tasked with rebranding and launching a new phase of immersive cultural exchange and meaningful service the Peace Corps post-COVID 19, integrating new and old Volunteers across 60+ countries across the globe.

"Going the distance to make a difference."

The Peace Corps history, mission, and goals is rooted in a shared vision for what is possible by working with, living alongside, and celebrating the diversity of cultures around the world. Volunteers exchange skills and knowledge with community members to help create sustainable change through work in six sectors—Agriculture, Community Economic Development, Education, Environment, Health, and Youth in Development.

We utilized those sectors to convey the joys of connecting and share accomplishments and unique work experience made possible by the Peace Corps.

The Bold Invitation campaign sought to promote world peace and friendship through community-based development and intercultural understanding through thought-provoking calls to action and compelling photography.

Photography is a vital element of the Peace Corps brand—they are motivational drivers that inspire action, communicate Peace Corps’ mission as community partners around the world, and showcase the energy, resolve and ingenuity of volunteers and their counterparts. There is no stock imagery used; all photography was shot on site in our host countries with real volunteers and global citizens.
